We were very happy with Opera Cadet -- location, room appointments, cleanliness and overall price -- and will recommend it to our friends who are visiting Paris for pleasure or work.
nous sommes très satisfait de ce (trop) court séjour chez vous. Nous avons juste été incommodé par les personne aux étages supérieur qui étaient vraiment bruyant au petit matin. On aurait cru qu'ils sautaient constamment ... pourtant nous n'entendions aucun bruit des couloirs, ni des voisins... ces clients n'étaient vraiment pas respectueux des autres.

Ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt. Frühstücksraum etwas eng. Wintergarten wurde nicht geöffnet obwohl die Tische eingedeckt waren. Ansonsten alles sehr positiv!

Prima ervaring. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Eigen parkeergarage tegen een goede prijs (€25,- per dag). Leuke straat, die autovrij is.

The most salient quality int his hotel are a) the personnel (friendly, educated, nice) and b) the location (you can't get any better) . I will go back there again.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Our rooms were clean, good choices at breakfast, great area to stay with lots of places to eat and metro mere yards away. We have no complaints.
Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und in unserem Zimmer haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir den nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris planen, werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

VERY GOOD!
Very positive except for WiFi which was so bad as to be essentially non-existent. Really liked the garden area, which I enjoyed at breakfast time, and in a quiet afternoon moment reading a book.
